As the owner of Adaptit, I work together with partners to realize agile and customer- oriented organizations and my specialization is the role of the manager: in my view, this is crucial whether a transformation succeeds or not. A smile and a tear are important during a trajectory. The real conversation has to take place, the questions that are not asked pass in review.

The combination of interest in the other with decisive action characterizes me. I approach matters from a clear vision and helicopter view, and I know how to convert these into practical results. I see out-of-the-box solutions to existing problems and like to untangle difficult issues. Through my experience in various management roles, disciplines (business and IT), branches (profit & non-profit) I understand how things work and how things can be done.
